By accessing our website at drvnz.com or using our cost estimator at estimator.drvnz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

DRVNZ provides professional car protection services including:

• Nano Ceramic Coating
• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Window Sun Films / Tints

All services are performed at our studio in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Services are subject to availability and studio capacity.

The prices shown on our website and cost estimator are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed by our expert after inspecting your vehicle in person. Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, specific requirements, and current material costs. An estimate does not constitute a binding quote.

• Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call with our team
• A confirmed booking slot is held for your vehicle on the agreed date
• Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
• DRVNZ reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to studio capacity or unforeseen circumstances

DRVNZ provides warranties on our services as follows:

• Ceramic Coating — warranty period as specified per package (18 months to 5 years)
• PPF — warranty period as specified per package (3 to 10 years)
• Window Films — 10 years warranty against bubbling, peeling, and colour change

Warranties are valid for the original vehicle and are non-transferable. Warranty claims require the vehicle to have been maintained as per our post-care instructions. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.

DRVNZ takes all reasonable care while working on your vehicle. However:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects are noted before service begins and are not our responsibility
• We recommend following post-care instructions provided at handover to maintain the quality and validity of the warranty
• DRVNZ is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow post-care guidelines

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer
• An advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings
• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
